Yeah! i agree that Single family house is a potential area for investment but i do focus on other types of investments as well. But definitely work on the risk manipulation philosophy as presented by you. By the way that is really practical.

in this current scenario of credit crunch, renovation or rehabbing is the best option for the single family houses rather then moving out, I guess..I was thinking on the same lines.
