Let’s focus on a deal for making handsome amount of money. You are not supposed to get in touch with any scheme which has great profit margin for you. Just think of it again and YES…you have reached at the not so practical conclusion. It means that you have not explored the different paradigms of business sector. By BUSINESS…I am emphasizing on one such domain and that is Real Estate Investment.
My wife asked me to think beyond BOX…and to make some extra money. Obviously she had not seen anything in her LUCID DREAMS. She had gathered information from every corner and came to a conclusion. We have to invest in real estate business! Was like a command…I looked at her in amazement. Especially as I consider her a very cool minded person. She gave me lot of references about the money lending agencies, giving out even 100% of loans of property purchase. We had an advertisement given by hard money Lenders Virginia.
It sounded great to know that there is some money lending agencies, which focus not on your ability to pay monthly installments. BUT all they CARE is the value of your prescribed Property……Hard Money Lenders Virginia were approached on immediate basis. They told us about the loan procedure, and that asked us to make a thorough research on different purchasable properties. The guys also informed us that they had to send their independent surveyors at the finally selected property.
We felt little offended by their survey kind of thing…as my wife had a point that we know what we desire and best suitable for our Investment. Then the cool people appointed by hard money lenders Virginia told us many things, which normal people do not realize while purchasing a property. We….and especially MY WIFE understood and our journey of real estate business started.
Don’t think that we would have resigned from our jobs and focused completely on real estate investment business. OFF Cooers! We did that but after spending three years , keeping it as a part time income generating activity. At Present…We are enjoying the FRUIT of my wife’s wisdom…and feel so satisfied.
