I thought of accompanying him for the sake of passing my time in a good way. We went to private money lenders and asked about the working of these guys. I was not so much convinced of the ways of dealing with these lenders, as they were not into advertisements in the field. There were so many questions in our minds as to how they make all their income if they let their own money, for the sake of their client’s business. I must say that these guys have greater stamina as they listened and replied to our too offensive and stupid questions. Private money lenders are getting business out of the sound investments of their clients, and that was the thing which I came to understand by discussing various things with them.
My friend had done his work and wrote a very good feature article for his weekly magazine, but I was all too curious to get into this business of Real Estate Investment. I was all too easy for me to start with not to invest with my savings, at all. I had that idea in my mind by getting to know the real works of these private money lenders, and I really wanted to establish a great career in the field of real estate investment. Things turned out to be in my favor as I had selected a very good property. The loan approval was done within 48 hours by these private money lenders, and I am enjoying all luxuries of life with no explanations for my boss. I am too happy for my chance visit to the lenders and it has raised my faith on FATE to a greater deal of importance in life.
